- February 1: Galentine’s Tea Party
- 1:00 pm – 3:00 pm | Tickets are $40 per person, with only 25 seats available, making this an intentionally intimate experience. You can learn more about this event here.
- February 5: Wine Tasting at Emporium Wine
- 5:00 pm – 7:00 pm | This structured tasting will explore high-quality wines from different regions and winemaking styles. Cost is $25 per person, and limited seating is available. Please call 256-212-9463 to reserve your spot or stop by!
- February 6: Kowaliga Idol Golden Ticket Night at Prime Steakhouse
- 7:00 pm – 11:30 pm | Save the date for Friday, February 6, as the search for Lake Martin’s top vocal talent heads to Prime Steakhouse.
- February 7: Pup-Along Hike at Wind Creek State Park
- 12:00 pm – 2:00 pm | Bring your furry friend and enjoy the great outdoors at Wind Creek State Park during the Pup Along Hike!
- February 8: Super Bowl Party at Martin’s
- 2:00 pm – 11:00 pm | Head over to Martin’s at Lake Martin for a Chili Cook-Off contest, live music, cold drinks, and more!
- February 12 – February 15: Progressive Bassmaster Elite Series
- The Progressive Bassmaster Elite Series is making its exciting return to Lake Martin on February 12–15, 2026. This high-stakes, action-packed event will launch out of Wind Creek State Park, drawing the nation’s top professional anglers and fishing fans to Lake Martin.
- February 13: Josiah Rodda at Vinyls Neighborhood Lounge
- 7:00 pm – 10:00 pm | Make plans to see local favorite, Josiah Rodda perform live at Vinyls Neighborhood Lounge.
- February 21: Basstactix
- BassTactix Alabama is a youth and adult fishing tournament trail, founded in 2015. Sanctioned by The Bass Federation (TBF), it offers a competitive, family-centered fishing experience where coaches can compete alongside youth teams. Open to anglers from kindergarten through 12th grade, participants do not need to be part of a school team or even from the same school or state. You can learn more here.

Lake Martin Celebrates Plug Day March 1, 2026
Plug Day marks one of the most anticipated moments of the season at Lake Martin. It’s the unofficial kickoff to spring, when docks come alive, water levels rise, and lake life begins to buzz again.
Whether you’re celebrating with friends, easing back into the rhythm of the water, or simply enjoying the excitement from shore, Plug Day is a reminder that warmer days and lake weekends are just around the corner.
