LakeScape: Built on a Legacy of Marine Construction through Lake Martin Dock Company
LakeScape was born out of the success and expertise of Lake Martin Dock Company (LMDC), which has been serving the Lake Martin area since 1990.
LMDC was the first company to be fully dedicated to marine construction in the area, and over the years, it became clear that the needs of our lakeside residents were expanding beyond docks and boat lifts.
As our reputation for expert craftsmanship and superior service spread, so did the demand for more outdoor services. What started with seawall construction quickly expanded to pathways leading down to docks, followed by outdoor patios and decks, and soon evolved into full lighting systems to illuminate these spaces. Each new service was a natural progression from the last.
This evolution has led to the creation of LakeScape. Lake Martin Dock is a key pillar of this new business however, the new broader range of services will help service property owners throughout Alabama, Georgia, and beyond. Our focus has shifted to creating and maintaining personalized outdoor living spaces, turning properties into lakeside paradises. Today, we proudly provide everything from custom boathouses and outdoor amenities to landscaping, hardscaping, electrical work, and more.
